What's New for 2025
Hyper Concentrates: Stronger, Simpler, Cheaper
Our new Hyper Concentrates pack twice the cleaning power of standard concentrates in a stable liquid form. They offer several advantages:
- Easy to use: Just add water - no special blending equipment needed
- Cost-effective: Less expensive at ready-to-us strength than concentrates and 6-gallon MW kits
- Customizable: Dilute to your desired strength based on your equipment and needs
Note: Not all HCS detergents are available in Hyper Concentrates. Consult with your account manager or distributor to determine if these new formulations are the right solution for you.
New Polish Safe 2-Step Combo = #1 Knockdown & #2 Apex
Washing polished trucks requires special care. Our new combo delivers powerful cleaning without harming polished surfaces:
#1 Knockdown: A simple presoak formula for a polished aluminum-safe 2-step washing process. It is a cost-effective presoak that penetrates road film, grease and oils. It could also be paired with aggressive HCS #2 truck wash soaps for a stronger 2-step wash without harsh brighteners.
#2 Apex: An economic cleaning & degreasing formula that does not sacrifice performance and is safe for polished aluminum fleets. It rinses quickly and works well with reclaim systems.
New Aggressive 2-Step Combo = #1 Shockwave & #2 Surefire
For extreme conditions or heavily soiled vehicles, this powerful combination delivers exceptional results. Both options perform well in extreme conditions but could also benefit regular “maintenance washes” by producing results at economical dilutions:
- #1 Shockwave: An advanced formula presoak that contains Hydrofluoric Acid so it can brighten aluminum while degreasing. It pairs well with any aggressive HCS #2 truck wash soaps for a strong 2-step wash.
- #2 Surefire: A versatile truck wash soap that works as both a second step or standalone soap/degreaser for non-polished aluminum. It is a quicker rinsing formula that is reclaim-friendly.
Foam Add
Foam Add is a pH neutral liquid that can be mixed into high pH or low pH detergents to increase dwell time & enhance the clinging effect of soaps.
Fleet Quat
Fleet Quat sanitizer is designed specifically for biosecurity wash systems, manufacturing, and institutions where disinfection, sanitizing, and deodorization are of prime importance. Fleet Quat is effective against avian influenza and other pathogens. We offer it in addition to Pure Guard, another EPA registered sanitizer.
Note: Fleet Quat is EPA registered in select states & subject to approval prior to sale.
Our Testing Process: Quality You Can Trust
Before any product reaches your hands, it goes through our rigorous 3-step testing process.
- Lab Development: Our chemists create formulas using raw materials in our R&D lab.
- In-House Testing: Products undergo small-batch testing in our lab and wash bay. This often results in several variations of the same product.
- Field Testing: Strategic customer locations test products across different factors, including:
- Geographic regions
- Climate conditions
- Vehicle types
- Experience levels
Based on results & feedback, this process may be repeated several times with multiple different product variations. To further ensure quality & consistency, the final product is then tested for stability, quality control, compliance, and staff training. Though this can sometimes be a slow-moving process, we know our customers trust Hydro-Chem Systems for proven performance, quality, and consistency.
