Yesterday, The Michigan ESOP Association awarded Hydro-Chem Systems with the “2019 ESOP Company of the Year” award! Out of all ESOPs in Michigan, we were picked!
We’ll be heading to D.C. in May to the National ESOP Conference, where we will be a finalist that could be awarded the National ESOP company of the year!
What’s an ESOP? It’s an employee stock ownership plan is an employee-owner program that provides a company’s workforce with an ownership interest in the company. There are over 7000 ESOPs in the US but only about 1,500 that are 100% employee owned like we are.
